I will not soon forget the chilling images of the 9/11 attacks that I watched live on television from my bed on that nefarious September morning. Although dismayed and horrified I heard a voice deep within saying “something is amiss here and our security forces must of let this happen”. This speak was always right and it made my stomach twist with nausea. How could this happen?

I have searched around a little and present some chilling cited statements that definately resonate with darkness. I am not making any claims, simply presenting facts.

July 2001 – FBI agents in Arizona write a memorandum warning about suspicious activities involving a group of Middle Eastern men taking flight training lessons in Phoenix. The memorandum specifically mentions Osama bin Laden and warns of connections to terrorist activities. [Source: The New York Times, May 14, 2002]

Nov. 2, 2001, 12:00 PST — On Oct. 31 the French daily Le Figaro dropped a bombshell. While in a Dubai hospital receiving treatment for a chronic kidney infection last July, Osama bin Laden met with a top CIA official — presumably the chief of plot. The meeting, held in bin Laden’s private suite, took place at the American hospital in Dubai at a time when he was a wanted fugitive for the bombings of two U.S. embassies and last year’s attack on the USS Cole. Bin Laden was eligible for execution according to a 2000 intelligence finding issued by President Bill Clinton before leaving office in January. Yet on July 14, 2001 he was allowed to leave Dubai on a private jet, and there were no Navy fighters waiting to force him down.

January 2001 – The Bush Administration orders the FBI and intelligence agencies to “back off” investigations involving the bin Laden family, including two of Osama bin Laden’s relatives (Abdullah and Omar) who were living in Falls Church, Va. — right next to CIA headquarters. This followed previous orders dating befriend to 1996 that frustrated efforts to investigate the bin Laden family. [Source: BBC Newsnight, Correspondent Gregg Palast, Nov. 7, 2001]

May 2001 – Secretary of State Colin Powell gives $43 million in aid to the Taliban regime, purportedly to assist hungry farmers who are starving since the destruction of their opium slice in January on orders of the Taliban regime. [Source: Los Angeles Times, May 22, 2001]

summer 2001 – Jordanian intelligence, the GID, makes a communications intercept deemed so important that King Abdullah’s men relay it to Washington, probably through the CIA region in Amman. To make doubly positive the message got through it was passed through an Arab intermediary to a German intelligence agent. The message: A major attack was planned inside the U.S., and aircraft would be used. The code name of the operation was “The Big Wedding.” “When it became clear that the information was embarrassing to Bush Administration officials and congressmen who at first denied that there had been any such warnings before Sept. 11, senior Jordanian officials backed away from their earlier confirmations.” This case was authenticated by ABC reporter John K. Cooley. [Source: International Herald Tribune (IHT), May 21, 2002]

July 15, 2001 – Members of the G8, meeting in Genoa, Italy, discuss the Taliban, pipelines, and the handing over of Osama bin Laden. According to Pakistani representative Ambassador Naiz Naik, the U.S. delegation, led by former Clinton Ambassador to Pakistan Tom Simmons warned of a “military option” if the Taliban did not change location.
August 2001 – The FBI arrests an Islamic militant linked to bin Laden in Boston. French intelligence sources confirm that the man is a key member of bin Laden’s network and the FBI learns that he has been taking flying lessons. At the time of his arrest the man is in possession of technical information on Boeing aircraft and flight manuals. [Source: Reuters, Sept. 13, 2001]

August 2001 – President Bush receives classified intelligence briefings at his Crawford, Texas ranch indicating that Osama bin Laden might be planning to hijack commercial airliners. [CBS News; CNN, May 15, 2002]

August/September 2001 – According to a detailed 13-page memo written by Minneapolis FBI legal officer Colleen Rowley, FBI headquarters ignores urgent, snarl warnings from French intelligence services about pending attacks. In addition, a single Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) in Washington expends extra effort to thwart the field office’s investigation of Zacarias Moussaoui, in one case rewriting Rowley’s affidavit for a search warrant to search Moussaoui’s laptop. Rowley’s memo uses terms like “deliberately sabotage,” “block,” “integrity,” “omitted,” “downplayed,” “glossed over,” “mis-characterize,” “improper political reasons, “deliberately thwarting,” “deliberately further undercut,” “suppressed,” and “not completely objective.” These are not terms describing negligent acts but rather, deliberate acts. FBI field agents desperately attempt to procure action, but to no avail. One agent speculates that bin Laden might be planning to crash airliners into the WTC, while Rowley ironically noted that the SSA who had committed these deliberate actions had actually been promoted after Sept. 11.
Sept. 6-7, 2001 – Put options (a speculation that the stock will go down) totaling 4,744 are purchased on United Air Lines stock, as opposed to only 396 call options (speculation that the stock will go up). This is a dramatic and abnormal increase in sales of put options. Many of the United puts are purchased through Deutschebank/A.B. Brown, a firm managed until 1998 by the current executive director of the CIA, A.B. “Buzzy” Krongard.
Sept. 10, 2001 – Put options totaling 4,516 are purchased on American Airlines as compared to 748 call options. [Source: Herzliyya Institute - above]

Sept. 6-11, 2001 – No other airlines explain any similar trading patterns to those experienced by United and American. The put option purchases on both airlines were 600 percent above normal. This at a time when Reuters (Sept. 10) issues a business report stating, “Airline stocks may be poised to pick off.”

Sept. 6-10, 2001 – Highly abnormal levels of put options are purchased in Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, AXA Re(insurance) which owns 25 percent of American Airlines, and Munich Re. All of these companies are directly impacted by the Sept. 11 attacks.
2001-2002 – It has been documented that the CIA, the Israeli Mossad, and many other intelligence agencies monitor stock trading in real time using highly advanced programs reported to be descended from Promis software. This is to alert national intelligence services of just such kinds of attacks. Promis was reported as recently as June 2001 to be in Osama bin Laden’s possession and, as a result of recent stories by Fox, both the FBI and the Justice Department have confirmed its employ for U.S. intelligence gathering through at least summer 2002. This would confirm that CIA had additional advance warning of imminent attacks. [Sources: The Washington Times, June 15, 2001; Fox, Oct. 16, 2001;

Sept. 11, 2001 – For 50 minutes, from 8:15 AM until 9:05 AM, with it widely known within the FAA and the military that four planes have been simultaneously hijacked and taken off course, no one notifies the President of the United States. It is not until 9:30 that any Air Force planes are scrambled to intercept, but by then it is too late. This means that the National Command Authority waited for 75 minutes before scrambling aircraft, even though it was known that four simultaneous hijackings had occurred. We worked diligently for two weekends and even came in on an unscheduled day in August to prepare for the exercise. By the end of August all we needed was a phone call, which we were to expect, and we could hop into a fully prepared convoy with our bags and equipment packed.” [Source: Current Dreams, http://www.commondreams.org/views02/0614-02.htm]

Dick Cheney and the Secret Service: Dick Cheney was running a completely separate chain of Command & Control via the Secret Service, assuring the paralysis of Air Force response on 9/11.
Opportunity – 9/11 War Games: The Air Force was running multiple war games on the morning of 9/11 simulating hijackings over the continental United States that included (at least) one “live-fly” utilize as well as simulations that placed “counterfeit blips” on FAA radar screens. These war games eerily mirrored the steady events of 9/11 to the point of the Air Force running drills entertaining hijacked aircraft as the 9/11 residence actually unfolded. The war games & terror drills played a critical role in ensuring no Air Force fighter jocks – who had trained their entire lives for this moment – would be able to prevent the attacks from succeeding. These exercises were under Dick Cheney’s management. [Source: Crossing the Rubicon, written by Michael C. Ruppert]

Many senior citizens have been loyal to their auto insurance companies for years, often decades. Having the same reliable insurance agent and company is comforting. But the auto insurance industry has become more competitive, actively vying for the senior citizen market.

Keeping Auto Insurance Rates Down

There are ways that senior citizens can take responsibility to control their auto insurance rates. Here are a few suggestions.

According to seniorjournal.com, most of the major auto insurance agencies provide a 5% – 10% discount to drivers beginning at the ages of 50 or 55. However, as a group, drivers 75 and older have one of the highest rates of fatal daytime accidents. Because of this, it’s important that senior drivers stay proactive and involved in keeping their driving skills sharp.

Many states offer an auto insurance discount for mature drivers if a person meets a given age criteria and has taken an approved conventional driver safety course. Local colleges and senior centers are good resources to learn about the classes. AARP has local and on-line access to the course. Costco offers its members an online drivers’ safety training course through FirstNet: www.firstnetlearning.com.

Another way to keep auto insurance rates down is to drive a low-profile car, one that as fraction of a group has a lower rate due to minimum repair costs, considered safer and less likely to be stolen. Check the Highway Loss Data Institute, www.iihs.org, for the latest related data.

Examine current auto insurance needs and requirements. Changing to higher deductibles or dropping collision or comprehensive coverage for older cars may make sense.

Always ask about discounts when purchasing or renewing auto insurance.

And finally, the best long-term advice: Always drive defensively, pause alert and follow the driving laws. Maintaining a safe driving record is the best way to keep auto insurance rates down.

There are many reasons why someone might want to eat a plant based diet, whether for allergy concerns, health reasons, or more variety. But nagging doubts often come up; Are plant proteins adequate for athletes and body builders? Are they really the preferred protein source of the human body? Are they better than animal based protein or are they just consumed for environmental reasons? To retort these questions, why not ask the experts: triathletes, professional dancers, bodybuilders and extreme sport racers? Here are the answers from some of the most competitive athletes in their respective fields.

Over the past 3 years, Tim VanOrden has transformed himself from a sedentary couch potato, suffering from severe depression and chronic fatigue into one of the world’s fittest 40 year athletes. He did this by adopting a simple raw vegan diet.

Looking to expand the limits of human possibility, Tim has re-written the record books in some of the world’s most grueling sports. In September of 2008 Tim panicked the world of skyscraper racing by defending his title at the 75 yarn US Bank Tower Stair Climb in Los Angeles. Not only did he best the two most dominant stair climbers in US history, but he smashed the course describe in the process.

Tim is opening the eyes of athletes around the world to the possibility that a simple, raw, plant based diet can provide performance and health beyond that which has been previously experienced. In the winter of 2009 The Food Network will for the very first time venture into the world of raw foods, airing a prime time show that follows Tim and his adventures with the Running Raw Project.

“The most popular question that I get as a raw vegan athlete is, “Where do you get your protein? “. At first I would become defensive or annoyed when I would hear this query on a daily basis, but I’ve learned to use it as an entry point and eye opener. Not only are protein requirements grossly exaggerated in America, but the sources of these proteins are also quite skewed. Proteins come in many forms, some better known than others. My approved of the lesser known proteins are present in all fresh fruits and vegetables. They go by the name “enzymes.” That’s right, those wonderful enzymes that come by so powerful attention in the world of raw foods for their digestive properties are also made of complex chains of amino acids; a.k.a. proteins. It is crucial to eat fruits and veggies in an uncooked state to keep the enzymes/proteins intact and bioavailable. Due to the abundance of proteins/amino acids in fresh fruits and veggies, I don’t feel that it’s necessary to consume concentrated forms of plant protein … but if I were to recommend a plant based protein source to someone I would definitely go with hemp seeds in their whole, natural form – not broken down or refined into a powder. The added benefit of hemp seeds are the high quality essential fatty acids and soluble fibers that accompany the proteins, making hemp a very great food.”

In addition to being rich in complete protein, hemp is also a great source of essential fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fiber and chlorophyll. Hemp protein is a quality source of the amino acids arginine, histidine, methionine and cysteine and also contains all the branched-chain amino acids crucial for repair and growth of lean body mass. Almost two-thirds of hemp protein is comprised of edestin, a protein found only in hemp and the form of protein most similar to that of the human body. Hemp protein is easily digested and assimilated, making it one of the finest sources of protein in the plant kingdom. As a crop, hemp is nitrogen fixing, making it beneficial to the soils in which it is grown in and is naturally pest resistant, requiring no pesticides in it’s production.

ALMONDS

“The greater the percentage of raw food in the diet, the greater the health benefits” is Koya Webb, fitness model, personal trainer, triathlete and body builder’s personal motto. Koya’s sculpted physique won 1st place in the Ultimate Fitness Events “Fitness Model” and “Bikini Model” competitions and has modeled for Nike, Adidas, Novel Balance, Muscle and Fitness, Her Sports, Royal Caribbean and Triathlete magazine, to name a few. As a living-foodist (one who eats 60% or more uncooked veggies, nuts, seeds, and natty foods) Koya believes eating all natural “fruits of the earth” can help heal cancer, diabetes, and other diseases plaguing our society today.

As a certified personal trainer, Koya is improving her clients’ lifestyles by providing exercise prescriptions, healthy diets, fitness training, professional advice, and aerobics classes through her company, Lifestyle Revelations. Koya holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and uses this knowledge to give people the science behind living a healthy lifestyle. She is a published author and shares her personal raw recipe preferences in the book, Koya’s Kuisine.

She has tested her wits in Horror Factor and recently American Gladiator to prove that a strong mind and spirit are as indispensable as a strong body. After a strained Achilles halted her training for the Olympics in the 400 hurdles, Koya began cycling and swimming everyday to hasten her recovery, and since has competed in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon. This Track and Field and High Jump Champion knows how to accumulate the best out of her sport and her lifestyle.

“I absolutely love almonds! I soak them for six hours and can make every meal of day “protein packed” with these nutritious sources of balanced rotund and protein. I acquire Pina Coladas, broccoli casserole, and apple pie to name a few.”

Almonds* are phytochemical powerhouses – containing massive amounts of this natural compound, effectively lowering cholesterol with the same effect as the drugs called statins. Patients eating nuts five times a week have a 50% reduction in risk of heart attack and as the best whole food source of vitamin E, in the form of tocopherol, almonds may even back prevent cancer. Almonds’ high calcium and magnesium contents are good for strong bones, with 18 grams of protein per 3 oz serving – the same as fish fillet or steak, but without the detrimental fats.

* NOTE: in September of 2007, without public notification, the FDA required that all almonds sold in the United States, Canada and Mexico be pasteurized. With no truth in labeling, almonds may mild be labeled “raw”, but are not unless purchased by small farmers at private market stands.

YELLOW PEA POWDER

In the spring of 2005 this natural body builder became a champion bodybuilder – all on a strict vegan diet. Robert Cheeke, an activist/athlete raised on an Oregon farm, went vegan when he was 15 years obsolete and transitioned to full on vegan only two months later. Winning titles in Portland, OR and competing at the Natural Bodybuilding World Championships held in California, Robert maintains his intense mass building workout regime on a 100% animal-free diet.

In 2006 Robert was selected as one of VegNews Magazine’s “15 Most Influential Vegan Athletes”, and is considered one of the most recognized vegan athletes in the world. Robert’s cruelty-free training philosophy and accomplishments have been featured in more than 20 international magazines, 200 websites and in television commercials for VegSeattle and PETA.

Co-founder of C-VEG, a Corvallis Oregon based vegan group, board member of OrganicAthlete and Northwest VEG, Robert’s animal advocacy expands beyond personal convictions and deep into the global community’s roots. Robert is the President of Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness, is co-organizer of Portland VegFest, and is currently on an 18 month speaking tour presenting about topics including “Thriving On A Plant Based Diet” and “Careers in Environmental and Animal Activism”.

“In North America, we are taught from a young age to enjoy that the only “good” sources of protein come from animals. It is proven by scores of scientific studies that plant-based sources of protein are easier for the human body to assimilate and plant-based foods do not come with many of the negative health implications associated with a diet rich in animal protein such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease.

As a vegan bodybuilder, I compete in a sport dominated by meat eaters, most of whom scoff at the idea that one could get sufficient protein from plants to be competitive. I do not consume any animal products whatsoever, not even dairy or eggs. Instead, I get as much protein as possible from whole foods, often supplementing with plant-based protein powders to benefit me meet my target of 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight for building muscle mass.

Great commonly available plant-based protein powders include yellow pea, brown rice and soy. Though soy protein has been a staple in my diet for years, I have recently reduced my consumption of it because I am concerned about developing food sensitivities and/or allergies. Too distinguished of a good thing can be detrimental to overall health and my feeling is that soy is becoming overly pervasive in vegan and vegetarian diets. There are so many good alternatives such as yellow pea, that I feel I don’t need to rely on just soy protein powder anymore.

A high protein diet can be taxing on the liver and kidneys so it is important to drink a lot of water (I personally drink over a gallon a day) to help the body’s organs process the expansive amounts of protein. As a vegan bodybuilder, I want to show others that it is possible to gain significant muscle and strength on a vegan diet and enjoy that a plant-based diet is one of the best things you can do for your health, and the well-being of our environment.”

Yellow pea protein is the ideal preworkout fuel. Higher in the amino acid arginine than whey, casein, egg and soy proteins, yellow pea powder dilates blood vessels and delivers more blood, nutrients and anabolic hormones to the muscles. Yellow pea protein is hypoallergenic as opposed to the 90 per cent of protein still sourced from soy and milk-derived caseinates. And with 25g of protein per 35g, yellow pea protein powder is the perfect source of cholesterol-free and gluten-free protein for vegan athletes.

GREEN LEAFIES

Brendan Brazier is one of only a few professional athletes in the world whose diet is 100% plant-based. He’s a professional Ironman triathlete, bestselling author on performance nutrition, and the creator of an award-winning line of whole food nutritional products called Vega. He is also a two-time Canadian 50km Ultra Marathon Champion.

Brendan’s professional athletic career began in 1998. Over the course of only a few years, his performance quickly climbed, improving each year in Ironman triathlon racing. At Ironman Canada, in 1999 he finished 21st, the following year he placed 14th, then 11th, followed up by an 8th region finish in 2002 in Ironman Utah. In 2003 and 2006 Brendan won the National 50km Ultra Marathon Championships. Other results include 3rd place at the National Long-Course Triathlon Championships and both 3rd and 2nd in consecutive years in the Royal Victoria Marathon.

Brendan is the author of the Canadian best selling book, Thrive, and in 2005 launched his 100% raw whole food energy bar, Vega. In 2006, Brendan also invited to address US Congress on Capitol Hill, where he spoke of the significant social and economic benefits that could be achieved by improving personal health through better diet. In 2007 Brendan returned to Capital Hill to lobby against the Farm Bill and was named one of the most 25 Fascinating Vegetarians by VegNews magazine.

“It’s advantageous to maintain a neutral pH. Eating too many acid-forming foods will promote inflammation, reduce immune function and cause calcium to be pulled from the bones in order to keep the blood in its neutral state of 7.35. This, of course, leads to lower bone density and, in many cases, osteoporosis.

One of the big advantages of properly balanced whole food (plant-based protein over animal protein) is its slightly neutral pH. In contrast, highly processed foods are acid forming, as are animal based foods. The most alkaline forming foods are those with chlorophyll, the green pigment in many plants – leafy greens for example.

I eat a big salad each day that’s chubby of dark leafy greens, since they comprise of about 45 percent protein. If the salad is big enough, that’s a lot of protein and the quality is high since it’s in amino acid form, which means the body doesn’t need to convert it from protein into amino acids, therefore its digestion conserves energy. And conserving energy is as first-rate as getting more.”

The one food that is most highly associated with longevity is leafy greens. Because of their high magnesium content and vulgar glycemic index, green leafy vegetables are valuable for persons with type 2 diabetes. Major sources of iron and calcium, green leafies are also packed with Quercetin, a bioflavonoid found with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. Green leafy vegetables are dense with easily-assimilated amino acids as well as other life-extending nutrients.

AVOCADO

Professional dance is of most challenging sports requiring athletes to perform at expert levels of flexibility, strength, coordination and emotional fitness in order to entertain their audiences. Having been vegetarian since age 7, Tonya Kay has built her glorious professional dance career entirely on a vegetarian diet.

A vegan since age 17, Tonya Kay has pushed her physical body to the limits on tour in STOMP for 3 years and has broken bones performing aerial work with Off-Broadway’s aerial stunt show De La Guarda. She has performed in concert dance companies in NYC and Los Angeles, and recently played two sold out shows at Madison Square Garden as part of Horror At the Disco’s rock-n-roll tour.

Six years ago, Tonya Kay transitioned from cooked vegan to raw vegan and is thankful for the improved energy and recovery time now that she’s dancing in Hollywood’s film and television industry. Excessively long shoot days are celebrated and last year Tonya Kay danced in a 30 hour shoot in Tokyo for pop artist Namie Amuro’s “New Glimpse” video.

Sight for Tonya Kay performing a solo whip artistry dance piece in Showtime’s “Live Nude Comedy” series with Andy Dick. Upcoming television appearances also include knife throwing stunt features on the History Channel’s “More Low Marksman” and TBS’s “Ellen Degeneres Really Big Show”. Past industry dance and stunt features include NBC’s “America’s Got Talent”, Death Angel’s “Dethroned” music video and the Progressive Auto Insurance “Gremlins” campaign.

Active in the environmental and health communities when not on stage, Tonya Kay recently published the first ever conclusive Raw Nutritional Analysis, wherein her diet is analyzed for one month to reveal exactly “Where do raw vegan athletes get their protein from? ” And their calcium …. And iron … And …

“I’ve heard it all from athletes regarding the cruelty-free diet – “But I need protein,” “I won’t have enough energy,” “I tried that but I felt old-fashioned.” Those excuses are just that; excuses. Excuses are self-imposed limits preventing you from taking a risk, trying something new, and potentially being your greatest yet.

If you are someone with excuses, forgive yourself. Most of these excuses are subconscious and filled with well-intent. Seriously … if you actually thought you were depriving yourself of “nature’s building blocks”, for goodness sake, it would be irresponsible of you to eat that “deficient” diet. Unfortunately, our well-intent is misguided by heavy marketing. Corporately-pushed consumerism compels our select with a mere High Protein mark or esteem Outrageous Carb wrapper – forget that most consumers don’t know what the word carb is short for, let alone even know what one does in the body!

As a professional dancer training 10-25 hours/week, the foods I find most beneficial to my performance are the water-rich, and amino acid-rich fruits. My body builds muscle amazingly fleet as a raw vegan athlete, based on activity and a clean diet, which is why I eat more ripe avocados than any other food under the Southern California sun!

Comprised of 74% water by weight, the avocado digests like a fruit, rather than a fat, keeping me sweating clean all day. And with it’s full spectrum of all 18 amino acids including those elusive essential amino acids, I know that the delight I receive from eating one is not intellectual, but instinctual – is there any doubt humans were born to eat this food – and a lot of it!”

Avocados may just be the perfect food. Providing all of the 18 amino acids, avocados are bursting with nutrients, including vitamins A, C, E, H and B complex. Avocados are exceptional sources of vitamin K, potassium and essential fatty acids and users report softer skin, lustrous hair and hormonal balance.

Athletes who experiment with plant-based protein, consistently report a substantial increase in energy and a dramatic decrease in recovery time. This fact might surprise some skeptics, however its scientific basis is completely supported. Plant-based proteins are easily absorbed by the body, and when eaten raw, they maintain all their new living enzymes and nutritional value. They are rich in disease fighting fiber, minerals, vitamins, chlorophyll, and healthy fats and their production has astounding distinct environmental impacts.

Plant-based proteins are the healthiest naturally available sources of fuel for the human body. And the world’s top vegan athletes agree. To quote Tonya Kay, “If you want average results, do what average people do. But if you want extraordinary results…”

Many senior citizens have been loyal to their auto insurance companies for years, often decades. Having the same reliable insurance agent and company is comforting.

Because of this, it’s important that senior drivers stay proactive and enthusiastic in keeping their driving skills sharp.

Many states offer an auto insurance discount for mature drivers if a person meets a given age criteria and has taken an approved mature driver safety course. Local colleges and senior centers are good resources to learn about the classes. AARP has local and on-line access to the course. Costco offers its members an online drivers’ safety training course through FirstNet: www.firstnetlearning.com.

Another way to keep auto insurance rates down is to drive a low-profile car, one that as part of a group has a lower rate due to minimum repair costs, considered safer and less likely to be stolen. Check the Highway Loss Data Institute, www.iihs.org, for the latest related data.

Seek Information From current auto insurance needs and requirements. Changing to higher deductibles or dropping collision or comprehensive coverage for older cars may make sense.

Always ask about discounts when purchasing or renewing auto insurance.

And finally, the best long-term advice: Always drive defensively, stay alert and follow the driving laws. Maintaining a salubrious driving record is the best way to keep auto insurance rates down.

Ironically, Location Farm insurance company adjusters will give away “FREE” money to auto accident victims provided that they do NOT file a personal injury claim in their initial report. In other words, If you don’t report a personal injury when you file your claim, State Farm will most likely give you a “break” on your auto accident property damage and pay you more money for your vehicle worth.

Personally, I would wait until you have settled the property damage on your vehicle before filing a personal injury claim. You will receive “FREE” money simply because you have NOT filed a personal injury claim. Most likely the amount you will receive for your property damage will be about $1000.00 or higher than the actual cost of your vehicle worth, simply because they are in fear of a personal injury claim, which could possibly lead to legal litigation, which will cost Dwelling Farm or any other auto accident insurance company factual experts years and thousands of dollars because of upright fees.

To me, this is what I call “FREE” money. After you settle the property damage on your vehicle, you can always begin a personal injury claim against State Farm or any other insurance company. In most states, you have up to (2) two years to settle your personal injury claim before hiring an attorney and filing a lawsuit or litigation proceedings.

Also, in most states in the USA. You also have (18) eighteen months to settle your property injure before hiring an attorney for litigation or lawsuit process, because you have tried to handle this claim yourself and working with the insurance adjuster without hiring an attorney which looks “Tremendous” in front of a jury.

But, remember these insurance adjusters are also looking for “Dummies” or any fraudulent activity, whenever you talk to them. They will also record your initial conversation just so they can use it against you during their deposition if lawsuit is filed. They will write down every word you say during your conversation and state this is what you said during your first conversation after your accident.

Recorded conversations are NOT permissible during insurance adjuster depositions, but most likely the insurance attorney has listened to your current conversation and told the insurance adjuster exactly what to say during their deposition.

Another way of “FREE” money with Space Farm Insurance is to get them with the rental car? Even if your vehicle is drivable, you can tell the adjuster that it’s NOT? And still get your rental car for free, mileage free, but you will have to pay for the gas. I would suggest keeping this rental vehicle as long as possible, until they approach out and pick it up! If State Farm tries to charge you for the mileage, because of your loss of vehicle, you can always show this during your deposition, which caused you “pain & suffering” out of your ever day way of life and you did NOT have another drivable vehicle?

Please remember, this accident was probably not your fault? Why should you have to be the one that suffers because of this accident? Why should you have to suffer everyday because someone else is just a “Bad Driver? ” You did NOT ask for this accident?

My advice for any auto accident victim with State Farm Insurance, would be to grasp it “dull” with the State Farm adjusters and appraisers, and just simply wait and see what they are doing before hiring legal counsel or any attorney? These State Farm employee’s are “Experts” and they know their jobs, and they will also ” wait and see” what you will do first before paying you any money and if you are going to file a personal injury claim.

And always remember, lawsuits are filed against the other driver and NOT the insurance company.

Unfortunately, auto accident payments are based on time and calculations. And as simply put with any insurance claim. If “You play your cards right” with these adjusters and appraisers with any insurance company. You can make some “FREE” money with these insurance companies like State Farm, Allstate, Geico, Nationwide, etc. provided that you allow enough time for the procedure process.

Thanks for reading,

It may seem too good to be true, but even the worst drivers among us can often lower their auto insurance premiums. By using a few strategic methods, most insurance rates can be lowered by as much as 30%!

Drive Fewer Miles

It stands to reason that the less you drive the less likely you are to put yourself at risk. Those who drive more miles, on the other hand, will pay higher auto insurance rates. The average driver travels about 12,000 miles per year. So, if your insurance company recognizes drivers who are on the road less than the average, your rates might be lowered accordingly.

Low Risk Classification

At some point, everyone is classified as a high risk driver, especially after an accident. Drivers should strive to remain in or return to a uncouth risk category, while excluding from the policy anyone who displays chronic poor driving habits. Carrying low risk drivers on your insurance policy will help your rates, since they are less likely to obtain into an accident or file a clam. On the other hand, high risk drivers will cause your rates to rise, even if they never drive your vehicle so much as one mile! Excluding high risk drivers from your insurance will result in lower rates, but should they get behind the wheel, coverage will not be granted to them for any reason.

Retain the Same Insurance Company for all Insurance Policies

Most insurance carriers offer discounts or deals for customers who take out more than one insurance policy. Insurance companies know that it takes some time to generate a profit from any one individual, so it is in their best interest to retain your patronage. Adding health insurance, life insurance, general liability, homeowner’s or renter’s insurance, or any of the other types of coverage to an existing policy will lower your rates by as much as 20 percent overall. Sometimes the discount is so drastic that the savings are applied to each policy.

Squeaky clean

Keeping a well-organized driving history and clean credit recount helps you to lower your insurance rates. Avoiding accidents or insurance claims, obeying the law, and paying your premiums on time will show the insurance carriers that you are a responsible driver. Keeping a good credit rating indicates good time and money management. Insurance companies like to see customers who live mature, responsible lives in all venues, and therefore, offer the cheapest rates to these prized individuals.

Carrier Loyalty

Remaining a dependable customer with the same insurance carrier over a significant amount of time will earn tall loyalty discounts. In most cases, loyalty discounts kick in after three years of continual coverage. Depending on the length of time, you may be granted a discount of 5 to 10%. The longer you remain with the company, the deeper the discount, to the maximum discount allowed.

Autos with Cheap Repair Expenditures

Average model cars are often cheaper to repair, and therefore, cheaper to insure. High performance or luxury cars, on the other hand, advance with more expensive insurance rates because they are either more expensive to repair or more likely to need repair. And while rates may vary between insurance companies, all will charge higher rates for more expensive, premium automobiles. If you must drive a high end car, do not settle for the cheapest insurance rate from a little known company. After all, a reliable, legitimate company may charge a little extra, but you can trust them to make good on their insurance policies. On the other hand, a cheap insurance carrier might provide you with a slip of paper proving that you are insured, but when push comes to shove, they are more likely to find loopholes in the stunning print.

When you’re shopping around for the best auto insurance rates, you can turn to several websites that rate different insurance companies for customer satisfaction, quality of insurance policies and consumer reviews. Finding the best auto insurance provider can be time consuming, but learning about different insurance companies and their coverage options can help you make a more informed decision. Consumer reviews and ratings can also help you learn how an insurance company treats their customers.

One of the first things you can do when shopping for an auto insurance provider is to visit your state’s Department of Insurance website. Most states will list some of the major insurance providers in your spot, and some rate them based on consumer complaints and feedback. Using “consumer complaint ratios” published on your state’s website can relieve you decide which insurance providers may be able to process claims efficiently and fairly. You can locate the insurance department for your dwelling by visiting the Insurance Consumer Advocate Network website (I-CAN).

J.D. Power and Associates collects information about rates, coverage options, customer satisfaction and the overall experience, and lists dozens of major insurance providers around the country so that you can compare them at a scrutinize. You can spend this website as a resource for comparing different auto insurance providers in your area, and for narrowing down your search.

Standard & Poor’s ratings will give you an idea of the auto insurance company’s financial strength. A high rating could mean that the company will be able to pay out a claim relatively easily, but this rating does not necessarily indicate whether you will get the lowest possible auto insurance quote. You can expend this site as a resource for determining whether the insurance company will be able to pay out a claim.

Another site that can help you determine financial strength is A.M. Best. This site publishes financial strength ratings for several insurance providers, and provides information on which car insurers are best at making their clients jubilant. It also provides tips for saving on auto insurance and information about different terms and definitions used by today’s leading insurance providers.

Comparing auto insurance rates from several different providers can help you make the most informed decision. You will need to evaluate your coverage options, rep out how the claims process works, and look at complaint ratios to obtain an insurance company that will best meet your needs. Companies that rank low on complaint ratios and also offer the most competitive premiums should be at the top of your list for consideration.

Car insurance when you get older can be rather tricky. Now that you may be living on a limited income you may have to do some comparison shopping to find the best auto insurance policies available. Here are some helpful tips on how to save money while getting the best auto insurance rates for seniors.

As a person ages they drive less so it stands to reason if you haven’t had any accidents your rates tend to lower. However, for income reasons it is still best to comparison shop for the best insurance quotes when it comes to any type of insurance, especially auto. The first thing to remember is nobody can be turned away for car insurance because of their age. However, if they let their license lapse, they may be required to take an exam before they are able to obtain their license renewed.

It is important to get insurance quotes from several different companies before deciding on your auto insurance choice.

Taking a driving course or purchasing a car with additional safety features can save money on your insurance rates.

There are several auto insurance companies that specialize in insurance for seniors such as AARP and AAA.

Sometimes employers or church groups may offer a group insurance rate that will save money on auto insurance policies.

Sometimes local insurance agents can offer lower rates than other auto insurance companies, it is always good to look at several different avenues to find the best policy quotes.

Many seniors are driving automobiles that they have had for many years and sometimes the deductible on a positive car many cost more than the car is worth. To procure the best senior rate you may need to choose a higher deductible for your automobile.

Your insurance rates are adjusted according to your zip code. If you gain two homes and spend the same amount of time in each home, you will need to choose to list the car insurance in the zip code that will give you the best rate.

Most seniors never want to give up driving, however sometimes due to health reasons it may become necessary to give up driving. People sometimes continue paying for car insurance policies even after they never drive anymore due to health reasons for fear they may need to drive someday. The cost far outweighs the benefit and if you do have to drive one day, you probably wouldn’t be able to due to medical reasons, so let the insurance and car go. Use senior taxicabs, family members or friends. The money you save by no longer having a car will easily pay for your trips here and there to the store and doctor appointments.

Some good insurance companies that offer good rates to seniors are AARP, Progressive, Allstate, Farm Bureau, Geico and State Farm.

Acquire sure you get all the quotes you can and tell them what you can pay, sometimes as with Progressive they can work around your priceline. Geico has a senior discount program and many other insurances do as well.

A couple months, Allstate had been mailing a lot of offers to my mom for her to switch her car insurance. Considering my mom is on the list with the credit bureaus not to receive offers of service, credit, etc, we thought after a while that the junk mail from Allstate would conclude. When it didn’t, I decided to call in to the Allstate customer service line listed in the letter.

The representative told me that she could not handle a removal inquire of and she transferred me to another department. He removed my mom without any problems and then I told him to lift me as well. In a rather unprofessional matter, he flipped out wanting to know who he was talking to. I tried to explain that I handle everything for my mom, but he was not listening at all. He refused to hold me from the list and started lecturing me about how I could not remove her.

He actually added her support to the mailing list.

I hung up and then called straight back in. I had to be transferred yet again to another department. I asked for a manager. When the manager came on, I briefly explained the situation to him, but apparently, he was already aware of the representative’s version of what had happen. Then, he started trying to acquire me to switch to Allstate.

I told him that I didn’t appreciate the hard sale pitch and had no interest in changing companies. He said my mom’s name and that he “was removing her, whoever she was.” He then asked wouldn’t it be easier to trash the letters than to call in to be removed from the mailing list.

I explained to him that I care about the environment and I often take the time to call in to companies who send the most junk mail to be removed from their mailing lists.

He echoed the word environment as if I had just said something completely ludicrous and foreign. I asked, doesn’t Allstate care about the environment?

He did not reply and hung up on me. He never removed me from the mailing list either. But at least my mom was removed since she was getting the most junk mail from Allstate.

I had my mom call a local Allstate office to make sure I was removed. The person told her to be removed to make positive that we are on the list with the credit bureaus to avoid offers of service, credit, etc.

My mom assured her that we both are on that list, but were still getting these marketing offers. The lady at the Allstate office said she would do her best to find a way to remove me.

We haven’t gotten any more junk mail from Allstate since this happened. If their customer service is this terrible when trying to be removed from a mailing list, what would they be like when filing a claim?
